Ingredients:

Burrata 1x 150g ball

1 Mandarin, cut into wedges

1 roma tomato, cut into thin slices

3 perilla leaves, sliced thinly (basil works too) 20g Barkly Basics gourmet extra virgin olive oil

5g Sunny Times raw honey

2 tbs Hotluck Club Black Garlic XO

1 lemon, juiced

1 pinch sea salt 1tsp black pepper

 Method:

  1. Whisk together oil, honey, XO, lemon juice, and pepper until smooth

  2. Spread out tomato slices, then mandarin slices, and finally tear burrata into bite sized pieces and spread evenly

  3. Sprinkle sliced perilla over the ingredients, and add a pinch of salt

  4. Drizzle XO dressing generously
