Easy Tiger Shakshuka, Gaspar Tse, Hotluck Club

Ingredients
2 tbs Hotluck Easy Tiger Chilli (wait srsly?)
1 tbs Barkly Basics Extra virgin olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, diced 1 red capsicum diced 1 tin tomatoes
1 tbs turmeric
1 tbs cumin
3 free range eggs
Chopped parsley & coriander
Method
- Add oil to a pan and cook onion and capsicum (3-4 minutes) on medium heat
- Add garlic, cumin and tumeric and cook for another 2 minutes
- Add in tinned tomatoes and Easy Tiger into pan, breaking up the tomatoes gently with a spoon
- Season with salt and pepper, then make 3 wells and crack eggs in
- Cover and cook on low for a further 15 minutes
