Ingredients

Serves 2-3

White sesame paste 100g

Chinkiang vinegar 20g Caster sugar 8g

Soy sauce 30g Sesame oil 10g

Fried garlic 20g (optional)

2 stalks green scallion chopped

Hotluck Sichuan crisp 15g (more to taste)

Chinese wheat noodles 180g, or your preferred noodles (we recommend Naked Asian Ramen).

 Method

  1. Boil water and cook noodles for 3 minutes or according to package instructions
  2. Chop scallions and set aside
  3. Whisk together vinegar, sesame paste, sugar, soy, chilli crisp and sesame oil in a bowl
  4. Once noodles are cooked, use tongs to transfer directly into the bowl, stirring to coat with the sauce and add a touch of water if sauce is too thick. Taste and adjust seasoning
  5. Top with scallions and fried garlic and devour immediately
