Ingredients
Serves 2-3
White sesame paste 100g
Chinkiang vinegar 20g Caster sugar 8g
Soy sauce 30g Sesame oil 10g
Fried garlic 20g (optional)
2 stalks green scallion chopped
Hotluck Sichuan crisp 15g (more to taste)
Chinese wheat noodles 180g, or your preferred noodles (we recommend Naked Asian Ramen).
Method
- Boil water and cook noodles for 3 minutes or according to package instructions
- Chop scallions and set aside
- Whisk together vinegar, sesame paste, sugar, soy, chilli crisp and sesame oil in a bowl
- Once noodles are cooked, use tongs to transfer directly into the bowl, stirring to coat with the sauce and add a touch of water if sauce is too thick. Taste and adjust seasoning
- Top with scallions and fried garlic and devour immediately
