Spicy Chilled Tofu by Sandra Seah, Six-Eyed Scorpion

Ingredients:

1 packet (300g) silken tofu

1 clove garlic - grated

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp black vinegar

1 tbsp Six-Eyed Scorpion crispy chilli oil

1 tsp sesame seeds - toasted

Handful coriander - finely sliced

Handful chives - finely sliced

 

Method:

  1. Remove tofu from packaging and drain well on paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Add all other ingredients and mix well to combine.
  3. Once tofu is drained, slice into thick slices and place it on a plate.
  4. Spoon sauce over tofu and finish with more Six-Eyed Scorpion crispy chilli oil & coriander leaves.
