Spicy Chilled Tofu by Sandra Seah, Six-Eyed Scorpion

Ingredients:
1 packet (300g) silken tofu
1 clove garlic - grated
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp black vinegar
1 tbsp Six-Eyed Scorpion crispy chilli oil
1 tsp sesame seeds - toasted
Handful coriander - finely sliced
Handful chives - finely sliced
Method:
- Remove tofu from packaging and drain well on paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- Add all other ingredients and mix well to combine.
- Once tofu is drained, slice into thick slices and place it on a plate.
- Spoon sauce over tofu and finish with more Six-Eyed Scorpion crispy chilli oil & coriander leaves.
