It's Sunshine in a Jar.
Aidan and Michi left Melbourne twelve years ago to raise a family in greener surroundings. After building their home, they received a beehive as a housewarming gift. They now manage many hives on their certified organic farm in the Tweed Valley. Unlike many apiaries, their hives are stationary - there is no need to move them around the country, chasing blossoms. They have complete access to the two National Parks bordering the farm and foraging on the green manure/cover crops they grow between their ginger crop rotations. The resulting honey has a light buttery taste in Spring and a soft, caramel flavour in Autumn.
