Blue Mountains Magic: Nick & Ally's World-Renowned Gin Creations.

Founded in 2017, Nick and Ally use their view of the Blue Mountains from their distillery as inspiration for their unique and award-winning blue gin. Passionate about the art and science of distillation, the pair have travelled the world tasting and learning and have since produced some world-renowned gin. From delicious gin to delicate infusions, these gin varieties are primed for that after five wind down.

Based in the Devils Wilderness NSW, Karu is one of Australia's most awarded distilleries, in 2021 Lightning gin took out the Trophy for best contemporary gin at the International Wines & Spirits Competition.
