Refresh your summer days with the perfect Paloma cocktail! A mix of tequila, lime, grapefruit, and soda, finished with salted rims for a zesty twist.

Ingredients:

• 45ml tequila (or alternatively use Karu Distillery's Morita Chipotle Vodka a common substitute) 
• 15ml lime juice
• 10ml sugar syrup
• 100ml ruby grapefruit juice
• Long Ray's Tonic Premium Soda water
• Crushed ice
• Lime wedge
• Gippsland Salt Company Paloma Cocktail Salt

Method:

1. Run a lime wedge around the edge of a glass, then dip into the salt to coat the rim.
2. Fill the glass with ice, then add the tequila, lime juice, and sugar syrup.
3. Top with grapefruit juice and soda and garnish with lime or grapefruit slices.
