Artisan Salt Blends Made In The Heart Of Gippsland.
During the Covid-19 lockdowns, Executive Chef Emma Paynter and her partner Sally Brabham founded the Gippsland Salt Company. They initially offered salt blends based on Em’s passion for using brines, cures & confit salts in her cooking over the years. The range has expanded to include various flavoured brines, confit salts, and bath salts. Margaritas & sunshine inspired their cocktail salts. Supporting local businesses is a top priority for the girls, and they use as much local produce as possible. Sally and Emma’s love for their business and community are evident in their flavours, creativity, and story.
