Established in 1996 and is proudly owned by Simone & Josh O'Dea. Cunliffe & Waters has built a well-deserved reputation as a producer of some of the finest handmade preserves in the Yarra Valley, Victoria, Australia. Their philosophy is to create each batch as if we are making some jars for ourselves with a few leftovers for friends. All Cunliffe & Waters jams and marmalades are cooked very quickly in small batches to capture the pure flavours of the best locally sourced products.
