Our Chocolate Bars are made from handcrafted chocolate, made from Bean to Bar, using a blend of ethically sourced Cocoa Butter and Australian Milk and Sugar. We Grind the beans for 72 hours in a 4kg stonegrinder, and temper by hand, so every part of the process is as hands on as it gets.
