ChamCham Sauce Smoky Gochujang Salmon Bagel

The Smoky Gochujang Salmon Bagel is a bold and flavour-packed brunch dish. Cream cheese mixed with smoky gochujang sauce adds a rich kick, perfectly complementing smoked salmon, avocado, and a sunny-side-up egg. Ideal for a weekend treat.

Ingredients: 

1 Bagel 
1 Handful of Rocket 
2 Tablespoons of cream cheese 
1/2 Avocado 
4 slices Smoked Salmon 
1 Egg 
Few springs of chives 
Method: 
1. Cut the bagel in half and toast 
2. Mix cream cheese with "Smoky gochujang sauce
3. Spread the amazing cream cheese mix on both sides of bagel 
4. Assemble bagel with Rocket, Sliced avocado and Smoked salmon in order
5. Fry an egg sunny side up,
6. Sprinkle generous amount of chopped chives on top of the egg
7. Close the lid
8. Cut in half and show off
