Our Head Distiller Holly's Chinese heritage inspired her to draw on Eastern flavours from the Chinese red date known as jujubes - grown by a farmer in Victoria, Sichuan pepper and a whole host of Eastern flavours such as goji berries and kaffir lime. This gin is like the younger sister of our Gin 10 - it's spicy and racy, but a little sweeter than Gin 10 due to the mandarin.
