Gabriel's world is food. Growing up in an Argentinian household, food was at the core of his family bond. This warmth and appreciation grew into a passion, leading Gabriel to study at European culinary schools and travel the world, working in top restaurants and volunteer camps.
Now, as Ziggy's Wildfoods, Gabriel forages for native and wild-growing foods, creating incredible, award-winning, one-of-a-kind, and expertly crafted seasonal ferments, hot sauces, beverages, condiments, and more. His mission is to bring mindfulness and awareness to everything that surrounds us that can be used for a purpose, and he runs regular corporate workshops to reconnect people with nature and food.
