Boxhead Plastics: Transforming Plastic Waste into Sustainable Solutions with Naiteev.

Bec Healy, a certified polymer technician and experienced plastic injection mould operator, embodies the idea that one person can break the mould and change. Only 11.5% of Australian plastic waste is recycled, and Bec founded Boxhead Plastics, creating the Naiteev brand in response to this plastic waste crisis.
Naiteev has pioneered an innovative process that repurposes this bulk polypropylene waste item into golf tees, creating up to 2000 tees for each bumper bar.
Their manufacturing processes are replicable models that Bec would like to see adopted across the industry to contribute to more sustainable growth and success in repurposing plastics.

Boxhead Plastics is a non-profit social enterprise taking on Australia's growing automotive plastic waste problem by transforming it into innovative products. They focus on recycling plastic from car bumper bars, contributing to the circular economy and providing sustainable end solutions. Their flagship product, the Naiteev Golf Tee, serves as a proof of concept, demonstrating how low-grade plastic waste can be repurposed into high-quality items. Following its success, they've expanded their line to include the Naiteev Drink Coaster, with more exciting products in the pipeline. This initiative not only addresses environmental concerns but also offers practical, everyday items to consumers.
