Simon Gracie and Simon Daniel founded Martin Street Coffee Roasters in Melbourne, driven by a vision to offer great coffee and service without the high prices often found in trendy coffee spots. Inspired by their experiences in welcoming coffee bars worldwide, they aimed to recreate that sense of belonging and quality in their community.
Commitment to sustainability extends to waste minimisation and management, including smoke extraction technology. Even spent coffee grounds are repurposed as garden compost. Martin Street Coffee Roasters prides itself on top-notch coffee and service and embodies a model of environmental mindfulness and community contribution.
