Orlando Marzo: Elevating Home Mixology with Loro's Unmatched Flavour Creations.

Loro is a Melbourne-based company founded in 2021 by Orlando Marzo, World Class Bartender of The Year 2018. Orlando started his bartending career in Italy and London before moving to Australia in 2013 to learn from Melbourne's influential hospitality culture. After working at Eau-de-Vie group, he became the Bar Manager at Lûmé, where he focused on creating beverages to match the restaurant's multidisciplinary approach. Orlando creates world-class drinks that go beyond tradition and pushes the boundaries of how we experience and elevate flavour in and outside the bar.

Story has it, Count Camillo Negroni asked a bartender in Florence, Italy for an Americano (sweet vermouth, bitter & soda) to be strengthened with gin instead of soda––birthing the Negroni aperitif. A contemporary interpretation of the classic recipe, ours sees London dry gin, sweet vermouth & bitter infused with Australian bergamot for a delicate, fragrant finish.
