A collaboration between two of Victoria’s finest independent producers. Wine and gin….done better. We’ve bottled the best of Victoria, and it’s damn near perfect. In 2021, we thought we’d have a go at this wine and gin thing, but we wanted to do it differently, and do it better. So, we partnered with 6ft6, a second-generation family owned and operated winery in the Moorabool Valley, Geelong. They make wines for good times and adventures and they just so happen to make one of Australia’s best Pinots! We looked at a lot of grape varieties, there were too many to count, to see what made sense and what worked best, shiraz gin, ganache gin, rose gin? Stacking them all up, we couldn’t go past the results, the taste, the flavour of the pinot grape variety.
