Rose Kentish, an award-winning winemaker passionate about transformation, has built a reputation for turning challenges into opportunities. Her decades of winemaking expertise and curiosity spanning distillation in Corsica, fermentation with Sparkke’s brewing team, and perfumery studies in France, Rose approaches every medium with creativity and innovation.

When COVID-19 disrupted Sparkke’s operations, Rose refused to follow the global trend of wasting surplus beer. Instead, she saw potential where others saw loss. Using her small copper still and instinct for invention, she distilled an Amaro from Sparkke’s Cider, a Lemon Flower Gin from Hard Lemonade, and a bold spirit from their all-natural Pale Ale. These creations became the foundation of Full Circle Spirits, a brand dedicated to exploring the art of transformation and crafting extraordinary flavours from unexpected places.
