Each strand is individually laid out on trays to dry naturally for up to 48 hours. It is then packed by hand into white paper bags with a window front, showing you the contents. The result is a soft silky texture, nothing like mass produced store bought pasta. Ready to add to your favourite pasta sauce. Shelf life 2 years plus.

Boil in salted, rapidly boiling water. Cooking times vary as each batch is made by hand. Approximately 10 minutes.
