This pasta shape is named after Princess Mafalda of Italy. Each strand is individually laid out on trays to dry naturally for up to 48 hours. It is then packed by hand into white paper bags with a window front, showing you the contents. The result is a soft silky texture, nothing like mass produced store bought pasta. Ready to add to your favourite pasta sauce. Shelf life 2 years plus.
