From Somerset to Ourimbah: Zoe Wall's Journey to Crafting Unspoilt Biscuits at Crooked Creek
Located in the Ourimbah Valley, north of Sydney, Crooked Creek Biscuits is a small-batch bakery that produces unspoilt goods. Situated along Crooked Creek, the bakery is surrounded by stands of Blue Gum native forest and a lime grove. Zoe Wall, the founder and owner of Crooked Creek Biscuits, was raised on a dairy farm in Somerset, England, where she learned the principles of hard work and traditional methods. In 2000, Zoe started Crooked Creek Biscuits, baking cheese biscuits and planting lime trees in the bakery's loamy soil.
