Here's how to make it:

  1. 60ml Mac by Brookie’s (or try Chiefs Son Distillery's Whiskey)
  2. 30ml Pyewacket’s Traditional Apple Pye Shrub
  3. Build over a short glass filled to the brim with ice then top up with soda water.
  4. Garnish with an apple slice, cinnamon stick or star anise.
