Ingredients:

• 45ml White Rum
• 30ml Coconut Liqueur
• 30ml Lime Juice
• 30ml Pineapple Juice
• 60ml East Forged White Tea & Calamansi
• Ice
• Dehydrated pineapple (for garnish)

Method:

1. Add the rum, coconut liqueur, lime juice, and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker.
2. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well combined.
3. Stir in the East Forged White Tea & Calamansi.
4. Fill a glass with ice and double strain the cocktail into it.
5. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated pineapple and serve.
