INGREDIENTS

Hearts (60ml Sapiir / 30ml Gin)
30ml Hibiscus Tea Gomme
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Egg White or 6 drops wonderfoam
30ml Verjuice

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake well. Double-strain into a chilled glass, garnish w/ hibiscus tea leaves.
