Mini Pinoy Chicken Adobo

Mini Pinoy Chicken Adobo brings classic Filipino comfort food to your table with minimal effort, thanks to the slow cooker. Juicy chicken wings or drumsticks simmered in a rich, tangy, and savory adobo sauce make this dish an irresistible favorite, perfect with a side of fluffy rice.

Ingredients:

  • 1x large red onion
  • 3x large garlic cloves
  • 1x handful of bay leaves
  • 1x tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 kg chicken wings or drumsticks
  • 1x bottle of Mini Pinoy Grill
  • 350ml x water

Directions:

  1. Chop garlic into smaller pieces.
  2. Slice onion into half onion rings.
  3. Place chicken in slow cooker and place garlic, onions, bay leaves, and black pepper on top.
  4. Pour Mini Pinoy Grill over and add water.
  5. Stir gently. Cover and cook on HIGH 3–4 hours or LOW 6–7 hours.
    Leave lid ajar for the last 2 hours, allowing the sauce to reduce.

Once sauce has reduced, serve with rice and tell everyone you did all the work, not the slow cooker.
