Ingredients:
- 8 rashers of prosciutto
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- 1 handful kalamata olives
- 1 cup red capsicum, thinly sliced for garnish
- 1 cup Lang's Bush Tomato Relish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 175°C.

Prepare the Tortilla Base: Lay out your tortilla chips on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or in a suitable baking dish.

Layer the Ingredients:
- Add a layer of mozzarella slices on top of the chips.
- Spoon Lang's Bush Tomato Relish generously over the cheese.
- Add another layer of tortilla chips, followed by more cheese and relish, and repeat until all ingredients are used.
