An Aromatic & Nurturing blend of Nettle, Peppermint, Fennel, Aniseed, Caraway & Calendula. Nourish has been formulated with herbs that traditionally aid digestion and ease stomach cramping, as well as being rich in nutrients. Bronze medal winner 2022 Golden Leaf Awards. Naturally Caffeine Free. Blended with Organic & Wildcrafted ingredients that are locally sourced and imported.

Nettle, Peppermint, Fennel Seed, Aniseed, Caraway Seed, Calendula.

Place one heaped teaspoon of tea per cup into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75°C to 85°C, and allow to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
